failure with installation

Hi, I'd love to try out this method using my dataset. Installation fails when compiling dependencies on the SNAP-aligner step. Below are the details sent to stdout. Any idea what I'm doing wrong? Thanks for any help!

snap-aligner needed an older GCC compiler.
