I tried running a jmeter test for multiple users on Redline13. I have the credentials in a csv file which I uploaded in the test along with the jmx file.
Once the test is run I get a 50% success rate with 'No jMeter threads completed' & 'No Test Plans Completed' in the overview metrics, all the other reports are blank too.
The same test runs fine in JMeter with successful multiple logins.
Is there something I am missing while trying it on Redline13?

Hello.

Do you have a test number we could look at?
We would need to see your JMX and if any errors were generated to help.
Please use in...@redline13.com to send over any account details.

Hi Guys,

Gentle Reminder for the issue –

I tried running a jmeter test for multiple users on Redline13. I have the credentials in a csv file which I uploaded in the test along with the jmx file.

Once the test is run I get a 50% success rate with 'No jMeter threads completed' & 'No Test Plans Completed' in the overview metrics, all the other reports are blank too.

The same test runs fine in JMeter with successful multiple logins.

Is there something I am missing while trying it on Redline13?

The test number – 78272

P.S. - I was able to resolve the error - ‘Automatically cancelled due to test startup error.Failed to assume AWS IAM role.’

Regards,

Kriti

Hi Chris & Richard,

Could you please help me with the error - ‘Automatically cancelled due to test startup error.Failed to assume AWS IAM role.’

That I am getting on running a test for the extended trial period account – kr...@activelylearn.com

Also, for the initial issue  -

I tried running a jmeter test for multiple users on Redline13. I have the credentials in a csv file which I uploaded in the test along with the jmx file.

Once the test is run I get a 50% success rate with 'No jMeter threads completed' & 'No Test Plans Completed' in the overview metrics, all the other reports are blank too.

I have attached the JMX file again, could you please help me with this as well, since I have limited days on the extended trial version and I’d like to check this before we decide to purchase the product.

Thank You!

Hi Chris,

I tried running a test and I got the error – ‘Automatically cancelled due to test startup error.
Failed to assume AWS IAM role.’

Would I have to setup the role again?

Kriti,

Thanks for your interest. I extended your trial for one week.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Hello,

The test id – 78272

Please find attached the JMX file as well.

Please Note – I am a QA engineer at Actively Learn, a digital literacy platform, I am currently doing a feasibility analysis on the various performance tools available to see if it is a fit for our requirements, so that we can go ahead and purchase it.

Redline13 looks pretty promising so far but my trial for Redline13 has expired, could you please extend the same for a week or two so that I can analyse it better

Thank You!

Regards,

Kriti
