The redis.io website has documentation on the commands, and it's very good for the several CLIENT commands.  Here's the page for CLIENT LIST:  https://redis.io/commands/client-list

I mean that the age is so large is caused by latency or some problem at redis server?

Having an high age of the clients does not necessarily indicate there is any problem.
You are showing the age of clients, but are they idle?

Do you have clients using keep-alived connections? Does your Redis server has any timeout for idle clients? By default Redis does not close connection with idle clients, its upto the clients.

The highest age shown suggests that client has been connected to the Redis server for a little less than 99 days.  There can be 2 reasons for this:

  • The client has been connected that long.
  • The client disconnected some time ago, but your Redis server has "timeout 0" in its configuration, so it never noticed that the client was idle and its connection was broken by network equipment between that Redis client and this Redis server.
