Need assistance with sending a set of surveys designated for a single event. We have a longitudinal design with 8 events and ~20 surveys in each event. Is it possible to send an invite link for an events specific set of surveys? Thanks!

Hello Emily,

I understand that you want to send only some specific surveys (of the 20) from specific events.
If that's the case, in my experience your best shot is to activate and enter the survey queue of each participant, and there enter the surveys you want to send and copy+send the unique link of each survey.
It's a little tedious but effective in my opinion.
Be aware of deactivating the option that moves automatically the participant to the next survey when they complete/send the survey.

Maybe there's a better way I'm not aware of.

Hope this helps
Nacho

Hey there,

Following up, after some investigation and tweaking the survey queue was the best bet. Thank you kindly!

An alternative is to combine those surveys into one "survey". If those 8 events are the same and don't fluctuate, you can do that. If you add the new section block, it will act as a page break in the survey. This would take some data dictionary work to duplicate and group, but you only have to do it once and you won't be relying on the respondent to click different links.

However, if you're expecting a respondent to go through 20 surveys on their own 8 different times, that's pretty dubious in itself unless you're paying them a big incentive (like $100 for each event).
