Hi all!

The problem I am having is when using the e-consent framework on an iPad, the certification page shows up blank (see attached image). By certification page, I mean the second page participants click on to verify their information is correct before agreeing to submit, after the participant fills out all the consent fields. On my Windows laptop browser, the certification page appears correctly with all the fields filled out. It only appears blank when using the iOS device. I am also using an Edge browser on both the laptop and the iPad, because that is the approved browser for my organization. I am unable to use a different browser, unless I ask our IT department for approval. Please let me know if anyone has run into this issue before or has any solutions to offer. Attached is an image of what I am seeing.

Thank you in advance!

Check out a different browser (perhaps on a friend or family members IPAD)

Just a shot in the dark, but there were some recent changes to the way REDCap renders PDFs, so this behaviour may well depend on which REDCap version you have. As I recall, and without checking the details, REDCap has its own internal PDF viewer. As of the latest release (16.0.9) it will always use its internal viewer rather than the browser's.
