Job Title: Power BI Developer
Location: Washington, DC/Hybrid
Duration: 12+ Months

Deliverables:
Explores the data and discovers patterns, meaningful relationships, anomalies and trends.
Builds the capability for OLAP cube analysis.
Designs and develops enterprise-wide “views” and highly complex reports, dashboards, and templates that enable self-service BI.
Documents the design of BI solutions.
Evaluate business intelligence tools or products where applicable.

Requirements:
Minimum of eight years hands-on experience in developing BI solutions including reporting, dashboard, and templates, such as Crystal reports, Web Intelligence reports, Xcelsius dashboards, Power Bi Dashboards, Tableau dashboards, and Business Objects Universes.
Solid understanding of database, data mart, and data warehouse architecture, designs, and modeling.
Excellent working knowledge of RDBMS and SQL queries (Oracle, Sql Server and DB2).
Experience leading workshops with business to gather requirements.
Experience with security model implementation and administration of various BI tools · Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to describe challenges and solutions in both technical and business terms.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships at all organizational levels with internal and external stakeholders.
