Job Description :

Manager Data Governance & Management

 

Required Qualifications:

• BS or MS degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other similar background
• 10+ years of program management experience in complex multi-functional environment.
• 5+ years of experience in leading Enterprise Data Governance & Platforms (EDGP) is part of the larger Enterprise Digital and Data Solutions (EDDS) organization.
• Drive key goals for EDGP to improve the customer experience and drives business growth through robust enterprise-wide data policies and governance and enabling a data-driven culture, while developing digital and data platforms that provide insightful customer relationships and allow users to leverage enterprise-wide data capabilities.
• Strong understanding of Data Governance, Data Lineage and techno-functional mind to drive enterprise level initiatives
• Be highly motivated and maintain a positive, “can-do” attitude in a fast paced environment
• An ability to deal with a fast pace and changing needs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Has enthusiasm and passion for extraordinary products and services. Employs story telling to articulate product vision.
• Curious about the why and how

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of basic Agile principles and/or experience in Agile Product Development
• Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to drive backlog improvements
• Familiarity with basic UX/UI principles
• Experience in matrix organizations and cross-functional environments
• Analytical attitude and experience making data driven decisions

Additional Considerations:

• Agile practices and experience with tools like (JIRA, Rally, Mural, Invision, etc.)
