Location: Sacramento, CA

Duration: 18 months

This position is on-site, not remote

Local to Sacramento, CA Only….

 

 

(1). Contractor must have a Bachelor’s Degree; however, an MBA is preferred.

 

 

 

(2). Contractor must have more than five (5) years of experience assessing and implementing Business and Marketing Change Plans within large government and/or commercial entities, with three (3) references provided supporting this subject matter experience and expertise.

 

 

 

(3). Contractor must have more than five (5) years of experience assessing and implementing IT strategic plans within large government and/or commercial entities, with three (3) references provided supporting this subject matter experience and expertise.

 

 

 

(4). Contractor must have more than five (5) years of experience implementing organizational change management and cultural transformation within large government and/or commercial entities, with three (3) references provided supporting this subject matter experience and expertise.

 

 

 

(5). Contractor must have more than five (5) years of experience in assessing and implementing rigorous governance methodologies and structures, including IT governance, within government and/or commercial entities, with three (3) references provided supporting this subject matter experience and expertise

 

 

(6). Contractor must be a trained Change Management Professional in a widely-accepted change management methodology (CCMP or Prosci certification, or an alternative training of a similar high standard).

 

 

(7). Contractor must have ten (10) years of experience facilitating large meetings with high-level executives, conducting interviews and environmental assessments, and data collection and analysis.
