Job Description: ServiceNow Solutions Architect

Location: Sacramento, CA

Duration : 12 + Months

Green Card OR US Citizens required !!!!!

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 Communication effectively of technical and functional design requirements for ServiceNow in a presales and service delivery capacity

 Provide High-Level Design and technical solutions for ServiceNow implementation

 Architect Integrations with ServiceNow using LDAP, Trusted Sources for SSO, Mid server, web services, email, and other relevant technologies

 Design and Architect ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery Jobs

 Design and Architect Automation workflows using ServiceNow Orchestrator

 Utilize workflow engines easily

 Create prototypes for client engagements

 Identifies system gaps and needs then recommend solutions

 Understands the necessity of and contributes to coding standards

 Develops internal and external meeting objectives and agendas from a technical and solution standpoint

 Prioritizes multiple tasks effectively

 Deliver technical design documents

 Follows through with commitments and fosters mutual trust within the Internal team and client teams

 Eager and takes initiative to mature organization from a technical and customer relationship perspective

 

Skills and Abilities Required

 Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience  (4 years considered in lieu of Bachelor’s degree)

 At least 8+ years of experience in implementation and design of ITSM platforms like BMC Remedy/Remedy Force, HP Service Anywhere/ Service Manager or ServiceNow

 5+ years of experience in Design and Implementation of ServiceNow Automation

 

Platform

 ITILv3 foundation Certification

 Experience with JavaScript, XML and XSL stylesheets

 Able parse XML schemas

 Deep understanding of Software as a Service

 Deep understanding of SOA and Web Services concepts.

 4+ years’ experience in integrating tools in ServiceNow or other similar tools using MidServer, web services, email, etc

 Strong leadership, communication and influencing skills

 

Desired

 ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist  

 3+ years ServiceNow Presales Architecture experience
