Looking for a 12v power supply

Hi need a 12v supply for a Korg 4 track mixer
The only power supply I have has the polarity the wrong way!!

That is super rare for them to be that way. In the past I have just cut the wire and switched the polarity. Or you could open the unit up and switch it inside to the normal way and change the label? Depends if it's board mount or to wires inside I guess

It absolutely is PCB mounted.. if you want to save some effort. 
And yeah, Japanese audio kit in the 80s, centre neg was extremely common..

Ahem I’ve just seen the photo properly – you should look inside because the DC socket looks to be detached from the pcb.

It is surely broken in some manner, maybe just the socket itself but very likely it’s cracked the pcb tracks also.

Is it a CR-4 perhaps? If so there’s an explanation of disassembly (including the half-hidden screws) here https://gearspace.com/board/geekzone/1195716-korg-cr-4-a.html

If it is still connected, or you fix it, and are still facing the polarity issue, you can buy polarity changing adapters, either as short leads or extensions to the connector for less than £5. If you search 'barrel connector polarity changer’ quite a few of them are sold by music stores
