Maintainers Meeting - Minutes & Ideas

Dear all,

Some of the maintainers - the Australian contingent - met today and did a few things. We are trying to be more organised and so took some simple minutes which we've put in our main parepo's wiki: https://github.com/RDFLib/rdflib/wiki/2020-09-17-Mantainers-Meeting-Minutes

We will take minutes like this from now on and are considering how to increase participation, e.g. perhaps by advertising planned future meetings or directly inviting people to attend.
