SPARQLWrapper 1.8.4 released

Hi all, 

We've just released version 1.8.4 of SPARQLWrapper (due to an issue on 1.8.3 version for python3)

In this version, the main changes are:

- hotfix: Added custom_fixers folder in MANIFEST, in order to be used in python3 (#129)

- Added example
