There is a new, unused Honey Brooks B68S saddle on Ebay right now - auction ends in a couple hours. I have enough B68s at the moment so I am not a buyer right now. I don't know how to link to it, so you will need to find it yourself if interested.

I threw a bid on it, which killed the Buy it Now.  I don't have a step through build concept for it at this time, but a nice step through is inevitably down the road for me, and this is the saddle I'd want on a step through, upright build...

Speaking of saddles, what's the story on this? Did Brooks produce a horse hair hide B67, or is this some weird knock-off?

Horsehide would be perfect for an Appaloosa, of course.

But of course now I notice it's a B68S (womens) with the wider back end.  Rats.

The B68S is not wider, but the nose is shorter. I have both. I kind of like the S model because it is slightly less likely to snag the rear top of my shorts when I mount from straddling the top tube. The B68 Softened is the most comfortable though and the pre-punched holes allow color coordinated lacing. I have one B68S that has the holes, but is black - not the softened model.

I tend to like the shorter nose version as well. You might want to give it a shot Bill!
