Triples are coming back.
I have used 9 & 10 Speed chain & cranks with each other without issue.
I have a 10 speed campy record triple 50-40-30 with phil wood bb.
I would send picts & make me an offer.

If you're hard on cranks as I have been(cracked/broken 3 sets), I'd would really suggest getting a crank design that uses fluted arm construction as I find these notably stiffer than a traditional mold. Riv/Andel cranks appear machine fluted, and the Dimension/Andel
mold fluted. That's why they weigh more, just more material in the design. Having used the cheaper Sugino XD2 and AT cranks(not their higher end versions), I have no love for them anymore now that I've experienced the stiffer design. The Dimension/Andel is
available in silver btw, but directly from Andel in Taiwan. I can't recall exactly what they cost when I bought some, $80ish a pair pluse #30-40ish shipping. Additional pairs, likely up to 4 would fit in the box, are not additional in cost as it's an air shipment
fixed fee. Otherwise I'd say save up for the Riv cranks, they're worth the investment.

Spa Cycles in the UK sell badge-engineered cranks that are the same as the Sugino XD2 or Alpina2. The forgings are identical to the Sugino cranks, they just don't have the Sugino "S" symbol on the back of the crankarm around the pedal eye. Stronglight Impact cranks are the same forging. I've used all three (Sugino, Spa, Stronglight), and as far as I'm concerned they're functionally identical.
The Spa cranks are very reasonably priced at STG30 for a pair of crankarms without chainrings, and about 2½ to four times that price with chainrings, the pricing varies depending on what chainrings you get (TA rings being the most expensive).
Here's are some photos I took a while ago of SPA TD2 cranks compared with Sugino Alpina2:
