Removing more metal from my Bombadil

Having previously honed the seat tube out from 27.0 to 27.2, this was a much easier and quicker process. I filed a flat onto the steerer tube so that I could use the Rene Herse front cable hanger and spacers with the flats. 5 minutes with a file. I probably spent more time making sure that the roller bearing race on the fork crown was free from filing debris.

Nice. I'm very happy with my herse hangar too. I did a flex test with someone else with a paul hangar, seems the paul was the slightest bit stiffer, but nowhere near as elegant.

Post a picture of the whole bike! Curious about those super wide flat honjo fenders.

Looks great, Laing. Would love to see the complete bike, too. I chose the RH cable hanger for my recent Hunqapillar build, and I'm very pleased with it.
