It's my understanding that the old 700x32s never met that actual spec - at least none of mine did (at least 4 pairs over time). Mine always measured 28-30mm wide on open pro rims. I have a used pair of the 700x32 with the Nile Blue tread hanging in my garage if that fits your need.

They are not currently in production according to a Panaracer rep. I spoke with in November. I have one very lightly used, as it was simpler to go back to RH Stampedes.
