Looking for rear rack for Clem

Hi there! 

In the market for a rear rack or saddlebag support for my 52cm Clem. I currently like to use a Medium-size Happisack in the rear and had decent luck without a rack when I was running fenders and 2.25 SimWorks Super Yummys, however, whenever it was fairly loaded and I would hit a bump, the bag would slam against the fender so hard that it would rub the tire and start slowing my ride down with a loud buzzing noise.

Have since upgraded to Maxxis Ikon 2.35 for summer riding and am now unable to use the Happisack or my partner's small Carradice without significant tire rub.

Seems like a lot of folks use the Nitto Supports or some smaller porteur racks mounted the rear to solve this issue. Anyone have any suggestions or anything lying around? Would love to hear your thoughts!
