I have a Toyo Atlantis. It is, I think, a 58. I bought it from someone local to me and it is just too big for me. I have an 83PBH and stand over height is about the same. I am going off the geo chart I found on cyclofiend.com. It is 700c. Let me know if you’d like me to grab some measurements or pictures etc. I am open to selling the frame set or complete if you think the size is ok for you.
