billie compatible with v-5 stem?

Hi, all

It looks to me like Rivendell's Billie bar might be compatible with the v-5 stem. The only variants of the Billie that I've seen in pictures appear sleeved (maybe not a v-5 prereq but a good clue) and wide enough for that sleeve to be wide enough. However, the Billie does not appear in any list of v5-compatible bars I've seen. Which clearly isn't dispositive.

Anybody have any experience? Or, failing that, more explicit knowledge?

No direct experience,  but according to WhatBars it looks like the 58 cm Billies have just about 100mm of center.
