I really appreciate blues, greens and pastel colours in that spectrum and would have a hard time deciding. When I had a frame powdercoated, the man asked me what colour I wanted and I just said "pick the blue you think suits the frame". He had already shown me a metallic purple which I found hideous, so he had an idea of my tastes. He chose what I can best describe as a bright pastel blue and saved me the hand-wringing and second guessing.
If you really like all the colours you posted, just take the frame fork to the coater and say "this is my short list, choose the one you think is best". Find out what you got when you pick it up. It's more exciting than Christmas that way.
