Also hunting for a pair of Braze on Paul Racers for a custom frame built up needing them.

I have a single polished silver one or two M racers silver ones if someone is interested in a trade.

As my man Derek Z. always says: "Let me hit you with some knowledge!" Or, um, ya know, maybe something that I think may be correct?

One can purchase complete center-mount Paul Racer/Racer-M calipers and easily remove the center-mount bridge to use the caliper arms bz-on style. It may be a little more expensive, and you wind up with yet more spare parts clutter, but if you're unable to complete a build for lack of bz-on calipers, you needn't necessarily wet your kimono sleeves with tears. Leave Lady Murasaki to silently sleeve-weep in solitude.

I'll also point out that though Paul has announced the end of Racer production, there seems to be actual inventory out there in the physical realm.

I'll lastly point out that Modern Bike can almost always be relied on to have the best retail Paul pricing in Virtual Land. No big discounts, but usually reliably a little under usual retail.

Thinking about adding my "No Relation" disclaimer, I did just realize that I somehow passed up a sweet offer of signing up for Paul wholesale pricing some years back, after mentioning my intentions of doing some int'l selling. Knowing I had no plans, or even a possible profitable route to actually sell Paul products internationally, I heard myself exclaim: "Oh, no, thanks, but I'm not thinking about doing parts." The very nice individual gave me a look like maybe something was a little off with me, with good reason I suppose, shrugged and said "OK, sure..." then introduced me to Paul himself, who offered me a shot of whisky.

So my disclaimer is I've since chatted with Paul a few times, have shared a NAHBS whisky snort or two, and have received the gift of a very special NAHBS bottle opener. But I still pay retail. The green one was a NAHBS freebie, too, but Paul didn't have time to engrave those. Pretty sure the green one was post-2017, but an earlier version w/o the disc-tweaking slot, so he likely just grabbed a handful of oldies on his way out the door. That's how busy y'all been keeping him!
