I thought the Altantises (?) in those bigger sizes only came in 700c?

Looks like he was able to mount up 650b wheels. Note the pic of the brakes with the pads in their lowest position. (I have an older Sampson racing frame that I successfully converted to 650b with Tektro 559 levers)
