WTB Surly Cable hanger

Title says it pretty much. Looking for a Surly (rear) Cable hanger! I have an old Dia Compe style, but the aperture is too small for the female end of the seatpost binder bolt. 

Also still looking for an American Classic seatpost upper/lower clamp assembly and bolts. If you have a beat looking A.C. seat post and the clamps are in good shape, I'm looking to make a random post I have usable.
