Crazy things are going on at USPS.  This past week I had two packages shipped to me via USPS.  One from San Diego, CA and the other from Chico, CA.  I live just outside Los Angeles and both packages were due to arrive 3 days after being shipped.  The package from San Diego made it to the USPS distribution center about 25 miles from my home in one day, which delivery expected the next day.  The next update had it in Macon, GA.  I didn't receive it till 4 days later.  The package from Chico was supposed to be here this past Saturday, but has been routed thru Birmingham, AL.  Who know when I'll see that one.  It's no wonder they are losing money, I how they get their act together.

I live in San Diego and recently had something shipped to me from Carlsbad, a suburb of San Diego. The USPS sent it to Denver first for some reason. So a 25 mile delivery turned into a much longer journey.

I sent a postcard to a fellow group member, mailed from Virginia but it arrived in Maryland with a Salt Lake City postmark!

For the most part I've had normal delivery times with shipping parts out but one outgoing package is waylaid and long overdue.

Robert, the San Diego package I mentioned was actually another Shelta hat from Carlsbad.  Why it had to take a trip to Macon, GA is beyond me.

My package was from them as well so maybe it’s the Carlsbad Post Office screwing things up?
