Clem H Update - Spring 2022

Fitted new tires (RH Fleecer Ridge) to the Velocity Dyad rims and made some other changes to the White ENO-enabled one-speed iteration of my Clem H. Bosco Bullmoose bars with stoker nubs make for a very comfortable cockpit. Blackburn rack gives a sturdy home for the Sackville trunk sack. Found a 36t version of the All City chainring guard to replace the 44t version I used previously. King cages above and below the downtube make room for the Zefal pump. I really like this build and can't think of anything I would change.

You know, this is marvelous. The more I ponder the photo, the more I am reminded of Deacon Patrick's fixed gear Hunqapillar, although he had the dropouts completely changed as the ENO wouldn't have worked for a reason I can't recall (possibly torque related). Your Clem H is truly elegant built and photographed like this. Have you considered setting it up as a fixed gear, if it isn't already?

How fast does it go? (As my 11 year old nephew would ask).

B67 - Check. The flip/flop hub will accept a splined cog for fixed, I just have not ordered one - It's on my short list though. Running a 36X18 now. If that holds I'll order both a White freewheel and splined cog. I'm more of a tortoise than a hare, so fast is not one of my objectives. Like grilling, I prefer low and slow.
