I picked up a Silver Crankset and got new bolts from Riv. I’m getting a lot of chain rub in the bottom half of my cassette and the crank bolts seem to stick out a ways. Has anyone else encountered this ? Are their chainrings that are counter sunk a bit more ? Do I just need to get a wider BB?

Are they tight like that? is the chainring backwards? Usually there is one side that has recessed holes for the bolts.

Oh boy. I swear I wouldn’t have done that. I’ll let myself out. I understand if you guys want to revoke my membership :p

I would die of embarrassment if I wasn’t so happy to have an easy fix.
