ISO gumwall 26" 2.1+ tires

maybe something hanging in the rafters? hoping for something cheap. building up a bike for my mother, riv style, and am hoping to change the wheels to something cushy. the frame is an old rock hopper step through.

I have some NOS, in box Tioga Psycho kevlar bead tires, but they are listed at 26x1.95. Don't know what they actually measure out at. How does $25 per sound?
