I'm sure this has been covered before but I can't seem to dig it up. I'm looking at Rene Herse and Honjo (or anything else). I've only ever used SKS in the past. Which size is my best bet?
Babyshoe Pass (standard casing)
Velocity A23 rims (set up tubeless)
Crust Lightning Bolt Canti

I run these with my Babyshoe tires and the fit is perfect.

You might also consider the VO Zepplin 52mm:
These are my favourite fenders (700c version).

I have the smooth Herse on my Coast 650B with Babyshoe Pass: https://www.renehersecycles.com/shop/components/fenders/rene-herse-smooth-fender-650b/
The extra length Rene Herse have produced for their stock and the coverage produced is very nice to have when the wet starts. I hadn't made a mudflap for the front yet:
