I had a lot of fun building this Platypus up for the Missus. My first time doing so from scratch.

I attempted to document the process in a sort of manual time-lapse.

Please excuse the lighting and rough edges. Production values suffer when you are doing things in secret.

What are the grips and rear derailleur? The grips look like Oury but I haven’t seen that colour.

Kind of sad it is done really.

Ian, they are Oury V2 grips of the Bluelug variety.

They made 4 custom colors, all of which are very beautiful.

Rear is a rapid-rise Shimano Nexave T400.
