Eddy Merckx, a Belgian cyclist, is known for saying, "Ride as much or as little, as long or as short as you feel. But ride"

I'm sure many of you know of this quote but I had not read it before today. It aligns with Grant's philosophy so I thought it would be appropriate for this forum. I need to heed this advice and just get on my bike for any length of ride.

The other good one was about not fixating on the bike. "Don't buy upgrades, ride up grades"
