These are the silver with brown model DC188 reverse pull levers.
Never mounted, complete with ferrules.
I get a measurement of 20mm.

Hi Ray, from what I understand of these the sleeve is removable for use with a smaller ID bar, hence these are labeled as either ID 18 or 20mm. I emailed Diatech and they replied that the ID 18 setup would work with the 18.6mm ID of the Tosco bar I was sent. If the sleeve is indeed removable for the smaller diameter I'll purchase them. http://www.diacompe.com.tw/product/dc188/
