For your consideration: a new Nitto 34f rack (a/k/a Rivendell Big Front Rack).  A beautiful yet sturdy rack.  I purchased this one rack with the intention of replacing two racks (a Nitto 32f and a Tubus Ergo) on an Atlantis; however, between a previously installed front fender and light, I opted to stay with the two rack setup.

Upon the closet of inspections, you might find some signs of installation and removal, but this rack is new.  Includes the p-clamps, bolts, and "instructions" that came with the rack.  Riv has a nice installation video.  Pics are available here.

Price is $175.00.  Included in that price is $20 for shipping.  If shipping exceeds $20, then the price is $175 plus shipping in excess of $20.
