Yes he said it went to West Virginia which is my home state so I was happy to hear that a fellow mountaineer ended up with it. Of course I was tempted to pick it up for myself and just wear elevator shoes when I wanted to ride it.

I also tried to buy this one. I happened to be on a road trip heading in that direction anyway. The seller said he promised it to the first called and he kept his word. I'm glad there are still people like him out there. I wish Rivendell would just bring back the all rounder. I would buy one immediately.

It's technically still available, you just have to ask Grant to have your custom built as a mid-'90s All Rounder. The cost to resume a Waterford production run would put the frame perilously close to custom range anyway.
