This probably won't help you, but for the general use case of a 120mm OLD bike with Track Ends and Fenders, in my view the best solution is using a Rear Hub that has allen bolts that thread INTO a fat axle. Phil Wood track hubs are the most widely known example. With that type of rear hub, that means you can pull the bolts entirely, and the wheel drops straight down, as if you had vertical dropouts. With that capability, you can set up the fenders "perfectly" and don't have to make huge gaps to enable wheel removal.
