Can anyone ID the frame-bag maker on the 2nd off-roady Atlantis on the Riv site?

The whole bag setup is outershell, I believe. Highly recommend!

Looks like perhaps an out-of-production Outershell bag to me. I say this because of the placement of the straps and the location of the tag, along with the fact that the other two bags are Outershell as well.
