Frame Shipping

Do you find ShipBike or BikeFlights better? There is a little difference in price sending a frame from one coast to the other, I just wonder if one is a better service, or do they both use fedex?

BikeFlights uses/ships through UPS, and I've been very happy with BF's service.

Mathew, thanks, I prefer UPS over Fedex so good info. I think UPS is faster as well, Fedex routes very strangely.
