Brooks B-17 Special S2-11006

Hello All,

The pin and shackle fell off my Brooks B17 saddle recently.  The saddle was purchased from Rivendell and is less than 3 years old.  I asked Riv for guidance but have not heard back from them. 

Has anyone in the group experienced this problem?  Any guidance appreciated.
