I’ve had this bike for about a year, after a 2 year wait on the frame. This was one of the last Nobilette frames before Rivendell stopped doing customs. My riding habits changed a ton, and it’s not being ridden. I spent $2,200 on the frame and $3,300 on the build (mix of new and used parts). $3900 + shipping.
This was meant to be as weight weenie-ish, lightweight as I could get it, inspired by in part by Bill Lindsay’s Roadeo build a year or two ago. Weighs right around 20 lbs. There is some paint chips on the very top of the seat post from my bike stand clamp because I’m an idiot.
53cm (1-inch threaded steerer)
Custom Green
Built by me and recently tuned up at Stone Cyclery in Alameda
Has been ridden maybe 3 times. Under 30 miles total.
White Industries Ti BB (bought new)
FSA 1-inch headset (new, Riv installed)
Nitto 44cm 26.0 Noodle bars w/ technomic stem (both new-ish)
Thompson Masterpiece seat post (new)
Dura Ace 7810 STI Levers (used)
Rene Herse 42/26 crank (new)
Dura Ace 7900 rear and front der. (used)
Paul Racer Brakes (medium reach) (used)
Tires: Rene Herse Stampeed Pass 32mm (new)
I have some hammered honjo fenders, but they won’t fit with the 32mm tires, need 28mms on them. Can include, they’re all fitted up but not installed.
No saddle, keeping that one.
Wheels: Neugent A284TwoX - these are really lightweight and nice, sadly John Neugent passed away shortly after I had these built. Super lightweight, I weighted them at 1425g before mounting tubes and tires on them. Run of the mill hubs (black, sadly but with silver spokes!) 20 front and 24 rear Sapim Laser or CX-Ray spoke. Rim: 31mm deep and 24mm wide (outside width) alloy clincher with a, with a 17-21mm internal width and a 20mm height.

When thou didst not, savage, know thine own meaning,
But wouldst gabble like a thing most brutish,
I endowed thy purposes with words that made them known.
