WTB: Nitto Tech Deluxe in 8 cm extension

I am looking for a Tech Deluxe in an 8, and -- this is important! -- one that measures 8.5 cm if measured from center of binder bolt hole to the center of the clamp. In new or VG condition, please; no scratches.
