Forgive the unappealing background, but it's 11:20 pm, I just finished a resume, and it's very dark, but I wanted to post the clearance over the 42-labeled, 40-actual tires and 50 mm VO fenders: no rack needed!

And this is odd and a difference from the one I owned back circa 2013: that one, also a Medium Saddlesack, barely cleared the 32 mm tires without fenders. Granted, that one is stuffed to the metaphorical gills, but even when empty there wasn't the clearance of the new one.

Not that I'm complaining! This fits perfectly, per my criteria.

Should have added that the large side pockets very usefully hold a rather generous took kit and wayside stuff (musette, sealant mess rag, med Road Drive, saddle cover, plus tools) on the right and on the left a Schwalbe 559/584 X 40 mm tube containing generous portion of Airlock (tube doesn't fold small with the ~3 fl oz or so inside), all of which which usually (ie when I have a rear rack) go into a largish Ruthworks seat pack.

Nice! What kind of saddle is that? Did you have to add bag loops?

Thanks. It's an original issue Flite, but recovered (the original cover wore out and when I removed it the padding came with it, so I glued nice, thick brown leather over the plastic base. It looks very nice, and it feels very comfortable by the universal test that I don't feel it or think about it when I ride.

The bag is attached with Velo Orange clamp-on loops.

Nice tho' the bag is, I hope Stephen Bilenky comes through in his promised 1-month time for the new rear rack.
