Each 9" x 11" copy weighs a little less than one pound, so I figure 10 lbs to ship eight copies in a USPS box.

1) USPS Media shipping rate appears to be about $12 from 66502 to 81623; this method is slower subject to inspection (or so I read on their website). I've never used it, so I don't know much about it, or whether it's your first choice. 

2) USPS quotes $21.05 for Priority Mail Medium flat rate box, which I have some experience using:
