I almost never post links & I was doing this from my phone. I just cut and pasted the YouTube address, if someone knows how I can make links less "blind" in the future I will try to implement some improved procedure.
It's a video comprising a voiceover and primitive animation that purports to be about the differences between commuter cyclists and road/racing cyclists and quickly becomes about road/racing cyclists. It is meant to be humorous. I found it very funny.
I am really starting to see the effect that Grant, Jan, the Radavist, Crust, etc. Are having on the broader cycling mindset. I was riding the other day when I was passed by a small group of what I would typically refer to as "Roadies", but you could call'em "Fred's" or whatever. What caught my attention, is that they ALL had bikes with WIDE tires! 38 to 42mm.
My first thought was "Gravel bikes"?
So, maybe there is hope for road bikes after all? Maybe we will finally get a schism between "cyclist" & Racers?
