FS: Gravel King 650b x 48mm

I have a new set of Panaracer Gravel King 650b x 48mm or 1.9 inch tires for sale. I bought these new from Rivendell last month and decided to go with a 700c build so they are brand new never even unfolded. These sell new for $50 each so I'll take $80 for both plus shipping in a flat rate USPS box which is I think is $15. So, $95 shipped? I'll include two new tubes.

I would be super interested in these for the Charlie Gallop frame I am getting BUT Grant said that the frame could accommodate "around" 45 mm.  Does anyone know how true to size these are?  I would prefer to max out the tire size vs having to go smaller.

While I don't have first hand experience with these tires, I have read reviews that claim they are either true to width or just slightly wider when mounted. Hope this helps.

Or I would trade my 650b tires for your 700c 38 to 42 mm tires. Let me know if you have any interest.

Price reduced to a more reasonable $80 shipped. These are new, unused and I'll include two new tubes. If you have Panaracer, Compass or similar 700c x 38mm I would trade for those.
