What Nitto Stem Is This???

Spotted this Nitto stem on a Crust bike posted on the Crumbworks Instagram account - a cool bike shop in Japan.

Does anyone have any idea what model Nitto stem this is? It's hard to tell from the photo if it's a regular quill stem clamp with just the bolts in a different position, or if it's a fully removable clamp design. Any insight appreciated! Thanks! Screenshot 2023-01-11 at 9.59.09 PM.png
