So I'm looking for a wheel set for my newly acquired Cheviot frame.Requirements: 9 Spd cassette, wide enough for 42-50 700c tires, and robust. Meaning that me and the bike will be a bit over 200 lbs and at some point may do some CC touring, but not fully loaded touring.Will be using tubes.On road riding only.

Open to a lightly used set and/or recs for purchasing new. Looking to spend around 250-350 $.
