Rivendell "Shiny" rear rack?

I have not found any opinions / reviews of this rear rack after searching here. Anyone using this rack? Looks a good value.

Ariel has one on her Platypus and we're both happy with it, seems to be a good value.

Like Rivendell states, it's not Nitto quality finish but it's also not Nitto $$$.
