Looking for a 45cm Clem L and/or suggestions for less-than-tall rider

Hello all.

I searched some of the threads here and it looks like there is at least one 5'-ish tall rider with a 45cm Clem who is happy with the fit. I'm looking for a bike for my wife, she is barely 5' though would argue that she's unequivocally 5' :-)

Anyway, we are looking at doing some light touring rides (Erie Canal or similar) and back and forth to the beach rides. 

If anyone has a built up Clem L they are looking to part with (we are in NJ) and/or has suggestions on an alternate option, please reach out!
