I spend a great deal of my summer riding along/swimming in the river that runs through my valley. I'm hoping to add the 'floating on' element next summer and am wondering if anyone here has any experience will strapping larger frames (62cm) to packrafts?
I'd love to hear how this works out for you if you do so.
Cheers, John

Well, John Watson at The Radavist is in the same boat with larger frames, so that's that! There'll be photos of big bikes in boats next summer!
Cheers, John

John, you will have a blast! I picked up an Alpacka Caribou last year and absolutely love it. I’ve had so much fun that I wasn’t even using it with my bike. I loved being on the river with it taking my daughter out for short runs down the small fast sections we are fortunate enough to have right out from our house. Definitely one of the most fun things I have ever purchased!

Thanks, Ryan! What a wonderful way to spend time outside with your daughter. And, what a lovely section of the Spokane River. I'll definitely be paddling that one day. I've cruised lots of the Centennial trail (mostly west of you) and often wished I'd had a boat of some sort to float that beautiful river. Now I will.
