Heads up, Blue Lug just restocked these in 54mm and 58mm. Shipping will no doubt be bonkers but at $91.66, I'm sure it will come in well under retail price at Riv (if they ever get them again).

I actually ended up buying a 58cm version to try out and compare to the 54 Toscos that came with my Clem L. It came out to around $170 with shipping which is a good deal (I think)
