WTB: 25.4mm Riser Handlebar

WTB 25.4mm clamp riser-type handlebar.  Examples include Answer Alumalite Riser Bar, Rtichey has one, Kalloy, ect.  Aluminum preferred to steel.  Looking for 40-60mm of rise.  550mm+ width.  

The offerings for new bars with my specs are very affordable, however, I try to buy used whenever possible.  These will be going on a mid-90s Independent Fabrication Deluxe single speed mountain bike build.
